Goldmont Plus

Alongside Intel’s Skylake Core CPU architecture, Intel’s other CPU workhorse architecture for the last few years has been the Goldmont Plus Atom core. First introduced in 2017 as part of the Gemini Lake platform, Goldmont Plus was a modest update to Intel’s Atom architecture that has served as the backbone of the cheapest Intel-based computers since 2017.
