  Just a little info.
  The BIOS for the MSI B350 Gaming Pro is extremely broken. The RAM voltage is running at 1.5v+ and it's recommended to not o upgrade or get the latest beta version.

  will these post without proper CPU support to support a bios upgrade? I imagine there will be a glut of boards with older BIOS revisions on the market. A new buyer with a "new" board and APU in hand may be in for some headaches. Anyone know how this can be handled at scale?

  I'd like to know the answer to this as well... if you can at least get into the BIOS and flash from there, that would be nice.

  I'd like to know too. At least POST perhaps requiring a dGPU?
  
  I know some boards do a blind update via USB negating the need to initialize video...it'd be good to know what the situation is for these updates in case we get old stock boards and a new APU.

  Some Asus boards have USB Flashback and not only do they not require video, you don't need a CPU or RAM! Unfortunately they've been REALLY stingy with USB Flashback and AM4 - only a couple of the highest-end Crosshair boards support it. I'm kind of pissed at Asus about that... they don't have any compact boards AM4 that support it. Asus this should be standard at LEAST on all boards with an X chipset.
